Over 600 people attended GET THE TARGET 123 in Japan. I felt really excited about this seminar, because sharing my story about how I turned myself around from a stuttering child broke on the streets of Canada to becoming a self-made millionaire living my dream life near the beach in Thailand is fun for me. The basic message of the seminar is this “Make a decision to raise your standard now.” It only takes 1 minute to change your life - the moment you make a decision to do something, especially to commit to master the success skill, then your destiny changes.

On My Way Back Home From Conrad

Posted by Michael Bolduc at June 17th, 2009

I just arrived home in Thailand: it’s 7:58pm now the next day, but I wanted to show you some photos of Conrad Tokyo where I usually stay when I go to Japan.

I am very grateful to be able to stay at a 5-star luxury suite when I do my coaching, seminars, and training in Japan.

Compared to Bangkok Conrad it is very expensive in Tokyo:

Tokyo: $700 per night for a suite.

Bangkok: $228 per night for a suite.

I am having a special lunch with Speed Change Team before leaving back home in land of the smiles (That means Thailand). It’s amazing - in just a few short years we grew from 1 person to now having 6 people working with Speed Change Japan. Our latest team member is Neo - with the black Army shirt.

Quality of Life is Who You Associate With!

Posted by Michael Bolduc at June 5th, 2009

I’m here entertaining David Torii, Japan’s top branding consultant, at my house in Pattaya. He’s the best selling author of “Speed Branding” and also many other best selling books.

A photo with my brand new Benz. David is striking a relaxed pose. My son is so short you can hardly see him.

William, David and myself spent much of the afternoon hanging out by the pool. The people who come to my house often say, “ The pool side view is beautiful.”  Wouldn’t you like to be here? LOL.

This is my home office. You can only see a few success related books on my book shelves, but I have read an estmated of 2,000 books on success.

This is the spare bedroom where my guests stay. If you’re one of my coaching partners you’ll enjoy the luxury of this guest bedroom. You are right by the pool, and have a beautiful view of the city and the bay.

David Torii, and William H-W are helping me out with the branding part of my coaching certification course. William is a marketing consultant for Speed Change International, and David is the best selling author of Speed Branding in Japan, and on the whiteboard is some inside secrets to branding yourself.

We’re just taking a relaxing photo on my comfy couch in my living room. David wanted to take photos in pretty much all the major areas of the house. It was fun, and we have plans for going out for dinner tonight, and then later I am driving to the airport to go to Tokyo Japan for the 2nd part of my coaching certification course.

By the way, the photos make the house look much smaller than it is. This house is huge. It has 10 rooms, and 4 bathrooms. It’s an amazing place to live, and David was raving about my house all night long. See his blog (http://blog.livedoor.jp/t4109/) to view more photos of my house.

The Biggest Secret To Success

Posted by Michael Bolduc at April 27th, 2009

top-secretSome say that there is no secret to success, and that every secret has already been exposed out there. Nothing could be further from the truth. The biggest secret to success are called “TRADE SECRETS“.

Trade secrets are critical for success, because in order to succeed you need to learn specific strategies for success, such as marketing, sales, etc. Unless you know those trade secrets you are running a business in the dark. So how do you get those trade secrets? When I worked for a popular motivational speaker I learned those secrets while being on the inside. So one way to learn the trade secrets is to become an insider. It sort of like being a spy for the company, while picking up every secret to the company’s success factors: a) lead generation. b) Sales system C) Marketing Strategies. d) Operation, and much more.

But another way to learn those trade secrets to is to partner up with a coach. One reason my coaching is sold out months in advance is because many people prefer this strategy over spending 6 months to 2 years working for a company. In a coaching partnership people can ask questions, and the coach will reveal those trade secrets in order to help the client succeed. It makes sense to choose the coaching path, rather than spending up to 2 years working for a company.

Surely, without those trade secrets failure is certain. If you want to succeed faster, then choose a coach that can help you learn the trade secrets, and save yourself up to 2 years of having to work for a company.

95% of success is selecting the right coach.

There are many coaches out there. Research shows that the average life coach out there with 5 years experience earns less than $37,500. Again, none of those coaches followed my path by picking up trade secrets. Instead they all have made one BIG mistake: Trial and Error. Such thinking is futile to success. If you want to be successful, then model the most successful people in the planet, and make a personal connection with them. And that will take money. How much? For straters to invest in a coaching partnership with myself it will cost you $10,000 for 9 coaching sessions over a period of one year. That’s not cheap, but the benefit is that you get to learn the biggest secrets to success, the same secrets that helped me build a multi-million dollar company, and write a best selling book. Information is power when backed-up by action.
