Michael Bolduc
I'm currently an investor, MBA candidate at Royal Roads University, and Founder & Principal of Michael Bolduc & Partners, where I advise owner-led businesses on strategy, growth, and key business decisions.
Most of my career has been spent as an entrepreneur in Asia, where I built and led several businesses as Owner and CEO. My background includes consulting, public speaking, business education, and blockchain ventures that at their peak reached approximately $150 million in combined market value. I later sold my ownership interests and stepped away from day-to-day operations.
Over the years, I've worked with more than 1,000 entrepreneurs, professionals, and business owners and have spoken at large-scale seminars and corporate events across Asia.
One of the reasons I decided to pursue an MBA came from my own experience as a business owner. I had hired MBA-trained consultants and was impressed by the structure, discipline, and way they approached complex business problems. It made me want to develop a deeper understanding of strategy, leadership, evidence-based decision-making, and consulting.
Today, I divide my time between Asia in the winter and Canada in the summer. I continue to invest, advise selected businesses, and enjoy learning from the people and experiences around me.

Engagements may include growth strategy, market positioning, expansion opportunities, competitive analysis, and overall business problem-solving.

Built and led blockchain-focused businesses from early-stage development through growth. At their peak, the ventures reached approximately $150 million in combined market value. My role included overall strategy, business development, team leadership, partnerships, and capital allocation. I later sold my ownership interests and stepped away from day-to-day operations, shifting my focus toward investing and selected consulting work.

Built and led a consulting and business education company primarily serving clients across Asia. My work included business consulting, public speaking, seminars, and executive development. Over the years, I worked with more than 1,000 entrepreneurs, professionals, and business owners. I also delivered large-scale seminars and corporate programs. Results Consultant became the foundation for much of my later work in entrepreneurship, investing, and business advisory.
