As a NLP Trainer, personally mentored by both Richard Bandler and John Grinder (the founders of
NLP) Michael is particularly cognizant about adult learning models. He has developed the skills to
effectively teach and train people in sales and marketing. He is also an expert at the NLP patterns of
communication related to sales and influence; techniques like the agreement frame, personal rapport,
slight of mouth language, embedded commands and leading & pacing... just to name a few.
Michael is the owner of 7 successful companies in Japan, Thailand and Singapore, turning over multimillion
dollars in revenue each year. In his book, 10X Your Income and Secrets of Millionaire Sales
Masters, Michael credits mastering the sales skill as giving him everything he ever wanted in life. Michael
lives in his dream home near the beach in the exotic country of Thailand.
